We understand life happens! If a dog comes in signifantly matted we will restart the coat to reduce the pain of brushing and dematting. We will then make a plan to reduce the chances of the dog becoming matted again. Matting is subjected to additional fees that will be explained before pick up.

Yes! Our goal is to provide a low stress envoment, but for pups who may be nervous, puppies and seniors we offer a one-on-one specialty package!

While we love cats, we curretly only specialize in dog grooming services and do not offer cat grooming services.
